The day it happened lamentable disaster was 8 and I was with my mom and sister in the center of San Salvador, as would be the date that classes would start, my mom had been buying school shoes the ADOC shoe, we were just in the store when the earthquake hit.
Not knowing that was what was going on, because in what life had never experienced a situation nature that scared me and I started to mourn to feel the earth move, like a building that was in front of us was cracked and leaning to the side where we were, and to and observing people running and shouting desperately, so they could not miss people who aprobechan of these situations, there were some who went stealing goods from sellers who had left their jobs in despair.
And that's my story on the earthquake of 2001.
